If you fail to reach your fitness objectives through any Imperative Fitness program, Ivan Kozina will refund you 100%. To qualify, you must disclose the body of proof and provide data showing you followed everything as stated in the protocol. If it turns out you are the physiological outlier, you receive a full refund.

Before you purchase
The relevant offer or checkout must explain applicable withdrawal rights and any lawful exceptions, along with delivery, performance and cancellation conditions. Any consent or acknowledgment needed for immediate digital-content delivery or early service performance must be obtained separately where required.

Systems and video calls
Digital access and appointment rescheduling are different matters. Check the conditions for the specific offer.
