These terms govern this Imperative Fitness website and its available services. The operator's official details are set out below. Read these terms before using the website or accepting an offer.

Fortune favors the brave System is EUR 750 as a one-time payment. It covers a comprehensive body of knowledge targeting the mastery of energy balance and movement patterns with an emphasis on strength training and muscle-building.

The Supreme Feeding Culture system is a separate EUR 350 one-time payment focused on feeding and weight loss. It does not include the Fortune favors the brave System.

A 45-minute one-to-one consulting video call with Ivan costs EUR 85. It is a paid service, not a free consultation.

Exact scope, delivery, access, availability and offer-specific terms must be stated in the relevant offer or confirmation.

An inquiry is not a confirmed booking, acceptance, payment or contract. We may request relevant information before providing an offer. An agreement arises through acceptance of an offer, confirmed order or booking, agreed payment, or another clear agreement on essential terms.

An individual agreement takes precedence over general website information unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The video-call questionnaire currently does not send applications. Checkout destinations are being confirmed; an unavailable checkout or form cannot complete an order.

Prices are stated in EUR. Applicable taxes, included services, payment methods and due dates must be disclosed in the offer or checkout before you commit. Extra charges require appropriate disclosure or agreement. Provide accurate invoicing details.

The website does not process card payments itself. When available, purchasing leads to the existing external GoHighLevel/Stripe checkout and its payment conditions.

Prices are final prices in EUR. The operator is not registered for VAT. VAT is not charged under Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act. The stated price is the final price.

Before accepting a purchase or booking, the relevant offer must state the payment arrangements, delivery or access conditions, and cancellation terms.

Fitness and nutrition content is educational, not medical advice. Follow appropriate safety guidance, disclose relevant limitations and consult a qualified clinician where needed. Parent or guardian consent may be required for minors.

Results depend on individual circumstances, training consistency, nutrition and recovery. Client photographs do not promise that another person will achieve the same result.

Provide accurate, complete and timely information; use the website and services lawfully; follow relevant safety and service rules; protect access credentials; and notify us of changes affecting the agreement. Mandatory legal protections still apply.

Availability and delivery may depend on the agreed scope, your cooperation, external platforms and circumstances beyond reasonable control. Significant changes to agreed timing should be communicated as soon as reasonably possible. Temporary website interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

Changes, cancellation, refunds and termination depend on the service, accepted offer and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Read the Refund & withdrawal page before purchasing.

Original photographs, text, logos, video and brand artwork may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Unauthorized copying, alteration, distribution or commercial exploitation is not permitted.

Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, interfere with security or send unlawful material.

External services have their own terms and privacy policies. Responsibility for our own services remains governed by the agreement and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Events beyond reasonable control may delay or prevent performance, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections.

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy policy. Send questions or written complaints to ivan@imperativefitness.com or to the registered postal address below. We respond in the manner and timeframe required by applicable law.

Croatian law and applicable EU law govern these terms, without displacing mandatory protections that apply to a consumer. We first seek to resolve disputes amicably; jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.

Updates do not retroactively remove acquired rights. If a provision is invalid, other provisions remain effective to the extent allowed by law.
